M/R is a female-only Rival Team that appears in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. They first appear once you've reached stage 2 and can be found on the Nagoya Kanjou. All of the team members only drive Volkswagen New Beetle RSi models.

A team consisting only of women. Their cars all have an element of "cute". The strange charismatic leader, Mayu Kubota, has assembled women to get together and produce excellent teamwork. Members impart to each other tuning and racing knowledge. However, they are not very much interested in racing, and are simply intent on raising their abilities.
