RATT is a reoccuring rival team in the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series. The team members all drive Kei cars.
There are some changes to RATT in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3:
- The team members' real names are changed to match the ones in the Japanese version of Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero (US version only);
- The team now races on the C1 Outer Loop instead of the C1 Inner Loop;
- Flying Sasuke is now The Monkey; but still drives a green Suzuki Cappucino (although it is now an EA11R instead of the EA21R - but visually, the two cars are identical);
- Thunder Bird is now Idaten, and now drives a purple Daihatsu Copen instead of the Mazda AZ-1;
- Rental Driver is now Guinea Pig Driver, and now drives a lime green Suzuki Wagon R instead of the Honda Beat;
- Gamer Racer now drives a blue Daihatsu Copen instead of the Mazda AZ-1;
- Drift Queen now drives an orange Suzuki Wagon R instead of the Honda Beat;
- 373 is a new member of the team
