Rolling Guy 4 (also known as Rolling Guy Number 4 or Rolling 4) is a member of rival team Rolling Guy in the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series. His name in Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero is Ed Louis (in the US version) or Haruhiko Miyake (in the JP version). You can find him in Kanjyo Inner (in TXR:0).
